Summary of Benefits
A. Covered Activities:
While performing any and all law enforcement, emergency response and criminal justice duties
while working in any full-time, part-time, auxiliary, reserve, volunteer ON or OFF Duty capacity.
Coverage is extended to include preventing a crime while off-duty.
B. Benefit Schedule:
Accidental Death Benefit
Maximum Amount: $35,000
Accidental Dismemberment Benefit
Maximum Amount: $35,000
Weekly Accident Indemnity Benefit ***
Weekly Maximum Amount: $200
Maximum Number of Weeks: 260 weeks
Currently available to US members only.
* Average monthly cost as a Full Group Member.
** Coverage under this policy is not yet available to members in these states:
California, Connecticut, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, Vermont and
Washington. Members will be notified immediately when the policy is approved in these states.
*** The disability benefit is limited to a true "loss of income."
